Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable product costs; shipping is free to every destination we serve unless stated otherwise — the full list is in our Shipping Policy. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Products
Products are provided "as is" for everyday consumer use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Wellness disclaimer: SpikeRest mats are wellness products, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take blood thinners, talk to your doctor before use.
Shipping & delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment. Delivery is free and takes 6-10 business days from that point. Full detail on our shipping page.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
